Beer Pairing Dinner with Robsons Real Beer – 22 August
The award-winning, family owned and run brewery has been in operation since 2006. Made naturally (no preservatives) usinga natural carbonation method, Robson’s beer takes 100 days to be ready before it is distributed. The extensive range includes Freemans Lager, the newest addition, Old Ale, Hammer of Thor, Durban Pale Ale, West Coast Ale, East Coast Ale and Miami Weiss. (R350 p/p)

Wine Pairing Dinner with Diemersdal Wine Estate – 29 September
Situated on the cool slopes of the Dorstberg, with Table Mountain as a backdrop, the 340 hectare Diemersdal Estate, provides the perfect setting for the production of unique, soulful wines. Diemersdal Wines are the perfect expression of the distinct Durbanville terroir; the sum of the complex interaction between topography, soil content and climate. The combination of excellent soil, varying aspect, slopes and the high rainfall of 700mm per year all contribute to the uniqueness of the Diemersdal range. (R395 p/p)

Wine Pairing Dinner with De Toren Wine Estate – 20 October
De Toren wines combine old world elegance with new world fruit. In order to protect the integrity of every grape, vital for making the soft and complex wines De Toren is known for, only ladies are used for picking the grapes as their ’touch’ has proven to be far more gentle on the fruit. In addition, the estate doesn’t use any pumps in their cellar, choosing a 100% gravity-fed method instead. Recognised as innovators, De Toren produced South Africa’s first full five varietal Bordeaux blend. (R395 p/p)

Wine Pairing Dinner with Hermanuspietersfontein Wine Estate – 9 November
Nestled between the mountains, some 50km from Cape Agulhas and a mere 25km across Walker Bay, Hermanuspietersfontein is the only active wine-producing farm in Sondagskloof. Cool climatic conditions bring out the natural acidity in the grapes and high content clay soils offer minerality to deliver a range of elegant European-style wines.
